Reporting to the Duty Management team, Guest Experience Attendants will be expected to deliver customer service to the highest possible standard, as well as a quality experience cinema presentation and food & beverage service.
You will be responsible for day-to-day cinema operations including ticket, food and beverage sales, cash handling and ensuring our cinemas are looking fresh and clean for all our customers.

Your passion for all things film, entertainment and hospitality will shine through in your application. You will possess outstanding customer service skills and be committed to providing a superior experience for all film goers. Overall, you’ll be a team player who brings a fun and enthusiastic attitude to work daily.
Availability
We are looking for Casual Cinema team members. We’re excited to offer a flexible rotational roster that supports you and your life, however with great moves comes great responsibility so we need support around our peak periods. This means we are looking for staff who are happy to contribute to a roster working across weeknights and weekends as well as public/school holidays on a regular basis.

Please note:
- Having OR willing to get a NSW RSA Certificate is advantageous for those 17yrs and older.
- Successful applicants will be required to provide either an Australian/New Zealand passport, or birth certificate and driver’s license/photo identification.
- Successful applicants will be required to attend one of our mandatory induction sessions
