Reporting to the Duty Management team, Guest Experience Attendants will be expected to deliver customer service to the highest possible standard, as well as a quality experience cinema presentation and food & beverage service.

You will be responsible for day-to-day cinema operations including ticket, food and beverage sales, cash handling and ensuring our cinemas are looking fresh and clean for all our customers.

Availability

 We are looking for Casual Cinema team members. We’re excited to offer a flexible rotational roster that supports you and your life, however with great moves comes great responsibility so we need support around our peak periods. This means we are looking for staff who are happy to contribute to a roster working across weeknights and weekends as well as public/school holidays on a regular basis.

Please note:

• Having OR willing to get a NSW RSA Certificate is advantageous for those 17yrs and older.
• Successful applicants will be required to provide either an Australian/New Zealand passport, or birth certificate and driver’s license/photo identification.
• Successful applicants will be required to attend one of our mandatory induction sessions

About the Role

We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning duties.

The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around complex.
• Duties include; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, rubbish removal, replacing liners, and cleaning glass and windows.
• Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Maintain supply room
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements and skills

• Previous cleaning experience a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle labour intensive facility (our chairs do not move)
• Effective Time Management

Work Hours and Benefits

This is a casual position under the Award BRAC* Award.

Opportunity for 12 to 16 hours per week + additional hours during peak and school holiday periods.

Cleaning shifts are allocated between 7am and 12pm daily with a 3-4 hour shifts.

This position does involve weekend work.
