Position Objective
The Floor Team Member is responsible for maintaining the comfort, safety, and security of the cinema complex. The Floor Team Member is the professional and helpful face of the cinema and works to ensure a relaxed and smooth experience for all guests. The floor team members are responsible for presentation and cleanliness of the cinema complex during operating hours.
Key Accountabilities
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Occupational Health and Safety, and Food Safety and hygiene standards
- Deliver customer service to the highest possible standard
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and management
- Monitor and maintain the comfort of cinema patrons including but not limited to, auditorium temperatures and film quality
- Monitor and maintain general cleanliness in all areas accessible by cinema patrons
- Monitor and enforce security of patrons, staff, and cinema property
- Enforce current Conditions of Entry, Film Ratings, and OHS guidelines
- Provide support to management
- Have a strong and up-to-date knowledge of product including current and upcoming films, ratings, and all current promotional activity
