Position Objective
The Gold Class Staff Member is responsible for the safe preparation and sale of all Gold Class products, as well as providing patrons with excellent customer service and utilising upselling to add value to a customer’s visit.
Key Accountabilities
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, including Occupational Health and Safety, and Food Safety and hygiene standards
- Deliver customer service to the highest possible standard
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and Management
- Monitor and maintain stock levels
- Monitor and maintain KPIs to the company standard
- Maintain accurate and consistent cash handling
- Have a strong and up-to-date knowledge of product including current and upcoming films, ratings, and all current promotional activity
- Maintain cleanliness of your work area and all equipment within it
Prerequisite Qualifications
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) NSW

- Ability to work to a high standard unsupervised or as part of a team
- Availability for night and weekend work
