Group Bookings

Group discounts are available for groups, starting from as few as 20 people. To help with your ticket sales, we can also provide special group passes (printed with your logo) for you to sell, without any upfront payment - just return the money and unsold tickets prior to the date. This makes it easy to organise a group without having to worry about upfront deposits (some limited exceptions do apply). Group tickets start from only $11.50.

Looking to make your night into an event, rather than just a movie? Our showcase foyer area can be used before or after a film for your guests to mingle and for you to meet and greet. A range of finger food packages and/or drinks packages are available to suit your budget and requirements.  

Gather over 100 people for your function and the Cinema is yours! Everybody sits together, anywhere. Address your group before your movie in your own "private" cinema. Subject to availablity, and conditions do apply.

Functions

A great way to turn a group booking into a real event is to hold a function either before or after your movie screening. We offer a range of catering options from the basic to the deluxe, either with or without drinks being included.

Our standard minimum number of guests to hold a function is only 40, and we can cater for up to 120 guests. Most functions are held in our downstairs showcase foyer area, which can include the doors between the foyer and Cafe Regent being opened up for larger groups. This area includes a Credenza bar from which we serve drinks to your guests. Groups larger than 120 can also be catered for, please enquire for details.

Function packages can be customised according to your requirements, particularly in the area of included drinks. The following brochure provides a good starting point when planning your function.

Gold Class Groups

Impress your guests with the ultimate Cinema Indulgence. Thirty Moran recliner chairs, a wall-to-wall screen and crystal clear digital surround sound contribute to this unsurpassed Gold Class experience.

Our Gold Class Cinema is also complemented by an exclusive fully licensed lounge bar, serving a selection of wines, spirits, light meals & coffee all of which can be served to patrons in the cinema whilst enjoying the film.

As our Gold Class Cinema is such a limited product, normal ticket prices apply for groups, however sessions can be reserved before they go on sale to the public, and special catering options are available.

Cinema Hire

In addition to being purpose built for movie screenings, our cinemas are also idea for conducting conferences, audio visual presentations and other similar events. We have cinemas that can seat 30 people through to 500 people in comfort, and offer the advantage that the cinema location puts most people instantly at ease and ready to listen.

We can also provide wireless microphones, presentation tools and more, as well as full functions or simply tea & coffee facilities. Cinema hire is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

Schools/Vacation Care

We love having School and Vacation Care groups at Regent Cinemas!

We can arrange a arrange a group booking for as little $9.50 for over 20 Vacation Care, Primary School or Secondary School students, to any currently screening movie. And with every 10 children tickets, one teacher or carer ticket is free!

For larger groups we can also bring in a specific movie just for your group, such as a movie specifically related to your school curriculum.

We can also arrange discounted rates for sessions in our fantastic Intencity Interactive Game Centre.
